| Italian Borlotti Beans |
Went into Uzès today on the early side, around 8:30, in order to beat the crowds. With the market on Saturday, virtually the entire core of the town becomes a maze of stalls and street vendors. The major activity occurs in the Place aux Herbes, with wagons and stalls selling seafood, meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables, soaps, linens, hats, scarves and other sundries. With all this activity did I take lots of picture? Nope. Just these Italian beans. Doh!
