| Wednesday Market in Uzès |
We drove into Uzès this morning for one of their weekly markets (the other larger market is on Saturday). The man on the left in the blue shirt was selling ripe figs, so we bought a bunch to go with some brebis cheese we had bought earlier. The fig man spoke French very rapidly and he either said that the figs were picked this morning or that his kids found them in the road but they would taste good just the same.
